Terms of Use / End-User License Agreement

MECHRITE LLC dba Fabrotic, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Last edited: DRAFT, Build 20 (October 2026).

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use FabForge under the plan you have. You may not resell, rent or redistribute it. [Attorney: plans, seats and school license terms.]

2. Estimates only: not engineering approval

Every number the app shows (welding, structural, concrete, tank, electrical, CNC, laser, robot safety, tax and payroll) is an estimate to help you plan. It is not a design, a stamp, a code-compliance finding, or tax or legal advice. A licensed professional engineer, a code-stamped shop (for example ASME), a licensed electrician or a CPA must check and approve work where the law or the job requires it. You are responsible for checking every value before you cut, weld, pour, build, wire, run a machine or file anything.

3. Machine programs

G-code, DXF, PLC and robot files must be read and signed off by a qualified person and proved out safely (dry run, single block, reduced speed) before use on a machine.

4. No warranty

The software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. [Attorney: Oklahoma-appropriate disclaimer language.]

5. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including scrap, machine damage, downtime, injury from failure to follow item 2, or lost profit. [Attorney: confirm enforceability and carve-outs.]

6. Third-party names

Brand and standard names are used only to describe compatibility or reference. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

7. Governing law

Oklahoma law. [Attorney: venue, dispute resolution.]
